Volunteer to Die with Patience

I used oil paint on unprimed canvas, compressed charcoal, and charcoal pencil.

That is the quote I chose for this graphic design project. To represent the quote I chose to create a bird to represent patience and a skull to represent pain. The bird represents patience because typically when you think of someone at peace or mediating a bird is typically used to represent that. For a skull to represent pain pretty much speaks for it's self.
